Dr. Eggleston literally wrote the book on both physical injuries and brain concussion injuries that you are experiencing. Whiplash & Motor Vehicle Injuries was published in 2010 and a second edition in 2014 after he, himself, had recovered from a car accident. He was cut out of his car with the jaws of life, had 11 surgeries to get well and recovered from a severe brain concussion. It is hard to imagine that there is anyone in the world who knows more about what you are going through than this lawyer who treated tens of thousands of injured people as their doctor and recovered from a serious car accident himself. Thomas C. Ramirez, Esq.
Thomas C. Ramirez is a Partner at Eggleston & Ramirez, APC specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and products liability litigation. Mr. Ramirez sees cases through from case inception to trial. Prior to the inception of Eggleston & Ramirez, ACP, Mr. Ramirez was an associate trial attorney at the prominent Orange County trial firm, Frank P. Barbaro & Associates, where he gained extensive trial and trial preparation skills. Fresh out of law school, Mr. Ramirez was an associate with an AM Law 100 firm specializing in liability defense matters. Mr. Ramirez is a graduate of the Orange County Bar Association Trial School.
Mr. Ramirez received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School Los Angeles where he completed the rigorous Civil Litigation Practicum, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California Riverside. While in law school Mr. Ramirez clerked for the Honorable Victoria S. Kaufman of the Central District of California and the Honorable Steven J. Kleifield of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Ramirez devoted his free time at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles assisting military veterans obtain VA benefits and at Los Angeles Public Counsel assisting pro se debtors obtain debtor assistance.
